Class Schedule, Class Descriptions and Suggested Tracks
To assist in planning your conference activities, please visit the conference website at https://www.cdmplus.com/auc2026to download the 2026 Class Schedule, Class Descriptions, and Suggested Tracks.
It is not necessary to pre-register for the individual classes you plan to attend. Just show up for the topics that interest you. Materials for all general classes will be in your printed conference manual and on the conference website. Details for accessing the conference website will be shared at the opening session.
Training Guide Conference Website
An online version of the CDM+ Training Guide is available at auc2026.cdmplus.com and can be viewed anytime during or after the conference for easy access to information.
Class Attendance
As you enter each class, please scan the bar code on your name tag. If when you registered for the conference, you requested a report of the classes you complete, one will be emailed to you soon after. If you did not request a class attendance report upon registration but would like one, please email customerservice@suran.com with "Conference attendance" in the subject line or stop by the Help Desk during the conference.
Meals and Beverages
Breakfast is included with your hotel registration, Tuesday through Thursday beginning at 6 a.m. Buffet lunch will be served Tuesday and Wednesday beginning at 12:30 p.m. Coffee and tea will also be available throughout the day for all attendees. Breakfast and Lunch will be served in the Atrium.
If you purchased additional lunch tickets your guests can simply attend lunch—no voucher required. If you have special dietary needs, you will receive a voucher at registration to provide to hotel staff during lunch.
Attendees can also enjoy the hotel's complimentary drinks and snacks after the final class on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Registration and lunch buffets will be located just outside The Atrium. Please refer to the hotel map and follow the signs for the CDM+ Users Conference to locate this area.

The Opening Session begins at 8:45 a.m.
Computer Lab
The Computer Lab is open during class periods and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., with CDM+ computers available, or you can bring your laptop. If you need help with your CDM+ data, please be sure that your laptop is connected to your hosting account or bring your credentials.
Hotel Wi-Fi
During the conference you can use the hotel Wi-Fi network.

What To Wear
Wondering what to wear? Wear whatever is comfortable for you, but we strongly recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to put on in case you find the meeting rooms too cool. We'll do our best to accommodate requests for temperature adjustments, but having layers is always a great idea.
Parking
Parking is $5/day if you are staying at the hotel. Please note parking is at the Charleston Town Center Mall and includes in/out privileges. Hotel staff will provide directions upon check-in. Valet is available as well. There is no discount for valet.
Airport Shuttle
If you requested a shuttle to/from the airport on Monday/Thursday we will email you instructions for using the shuttle a little later this week.
Suran Help Desk
The Suran Help Desk is available during class periods and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions or issues during the conference, please reach out to staff so we can assist you and ensure a smooth, productive experience.
