Please note: The DOC Regional Focus Group on Tuesday, Sep 22 is for staff who work in a Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Regional Office only. No pre-registration is required to attend this focus group.

Conversation that branches from one topic to another is welcome and encouraged; however, Suran staff may request the group re-focus back to a particular topic

Focus groups are not ideal to troubleshoot specific issues; please register for a 1:1 support session for help resolving a bug, issue, or other specific problem

Suran staff will help moderate, but attendee participation is expected to guide the conversation
General Ideas to consider

Think about your routine tasks—daily, weekly, monthly, etc. What are some tasks you feel CDM+ could help you accomplish but currently doesn’t or that take extra work?

What are some questions that staff and leadership ask that you feel CDM+ should be able to help you answer? For example, reports, trends, status updates, etc.

What functions in CDM+ are the most critical for you to accomplish your responsibilities?
