The Ministerial and Local Church Profiles Portals (along with an offsite Ministry Opportunities page) are the mechanisms by which ministers and churches indicate their availability for new pastoral calls. We’ll talk through how Conference staff create Local Church Profiles and empower search committees to complete them, as well as how the validation process makes those profiles available for ministers in search. We’ll also discuss how to use the Ministerial Profiles Portal as a recruiting tool through the SnapShot database, and how to access current validated ministerial profiles.
